QA/QC Data for Biomass Production Experiments

The Hazen Lab produces biomass for analyses performed by other VIMSS project collaborators. QA/QC data (including AODC, optical density, and protein data) are collected as part of the biomass production experiments. Several Web interfaces have been developed to display these data:

• acridine orange direct counts (AODC) plotted against biomass production times;
• optical density data plotted against biomass production times;
• protein data plotted against biomass production times;
• correlation plots of the three types of QA/QC data (protein data plotted vs. AODC, protein data plotted vs. optical density, and optical density plotted vs. AODC);
• pair-wise comparison (double y-axes plots) of the three types of QA/QC data (protein data and AODC, protein data and optical density, and optical density and AODC) plotted against biomass production time points.
